Application procedure for certification (extension) of HACCP applied establishment
- ·Food: Food (and food additive) manufacturing and processing, functional health food manufacturing, improvised food manufacturing and processing, Food subdivision, mass catering services, other food sales, food service (contracted catering service), packaged meal manufacturing and processing (including catering services)
- ·Livestock products: Livestock processing plants, meat cutting and packaging plants, meat markets, livestock farms, etc.
- ※ Any business operator that intends to newly perform the manufacturing and processing of HACCP mandatory application items(business) must be HACCP-certified before manufacturing, processing, distributing and selling.
