Return of fees

1. There will be a partial refund of the fees paid after the deduction within five days from the date of cancellation of the application (completion of the application service) if the processing of application service is completed because the application is canceled before the beginning of the on-site screening or because missing required document is not supplemented within 15 days from the date of request. The fees refund is deducted as shown in the table below:

2. Conditions of full refund
① The cancellation of the application by the applicant due to the slaughter, movement restriction or late adoption of livestock resulting from livestock infectious diseases, such as foot-and-mouth disease
② The cancellation of the application by the applicant due to fire and natural disasters
③ The cancellation of the certification under administrative measures for the livestock products establishment which applied for extension screening
④ If the head of the certification institution acknowledges that there needs to be a full refund of the fee

※ Make sure to contact us before the payment, as the examination fee may vary depending on the size of establishment, the reduction of the cost or the number of people traveling outside.

HACCP applied feed manufacturing plant

Charging fee

·A fee is charged for the re-certification screening that requires on-site screening, in case of certification screening or regular examination, the additional types of feed or changes in the production capacity.

▸ Traveling expenses: It will be charged based on the personnel expenses of a public official of grade 5, under the regulation for traveling expenses of public officials

1. Three for certification screening or regular screening
2. Two for confirmation of the supplementary matters and re-certification screening
3. The number of people can be adjusted if deemed necessary by the head of the certification institution
